The numbers are called Terms.
Left = First Term (1). Right = Second Term (5).

No units needed in the final answer! But if they are different (like cm and m), convert them to be the same first!

Equivalent Ratios: Multiply or divide both sides by the exact same number.
(Example: 2:3 ➡️ multiply by 2 ➡️ 4:6)

Simplest Form: Keep dividing both terms until you can't anymore (no decimals!).

Divide both sides by 10 to get the smallest, simplest whole numbers!
